Castle Bruce Cooperative Credit Union Ltd Transfer of Assets to NCCU |
The National Cooperative Credit Union Ltd (NCCU) is pleased to announce the transfer of assets and liabilities of the Castle Bruce Cooperative Credit Union Ltd (CBCCU) to the NCCU . The conversion process for integrating the Castle Bruce operations was completed over the weekend and from Monday, January 11, 2016, Castle Bruce became the sixth Branch of the NCCU. The expansion allows the NCCU to bring to our members and potential members in the East and North East expanded products and services, additional financial resources for loans, the added convenience of five more branches, modern technology and a network of six (6) ATMs. The most immediate and visible change members and staff will notice is the branding of the Castle Bruce office with the NCCU logo, introduction of NCCU advertising materials and access to the products and services offered by the NCCU. Over the next few weeks, policies, products and services, and the operations at the Castle Bruce Branch will be fully aligned to the NCCU for achieving seamless service delivery. NCCU requests the understanding and support of members and potential members during the transition period. As a result of the integration, the NCCU is a larger credit union whose members can now transact all their financial business at a sixth Branch. Besides expanding its footprint, the NCCU will benefit from further cost efficiencies resulting from the combining of financial, human and community resources. NCCU is thrilled at the opportunity to serve residents and the communities of the east and northeast through its newest Branch in Castle Bruce and looks forward to a mutually rewarding relationship with its new owner/members About NCCU NCCU was established on November 1, 2010 following the amalgamation of the Roseau, La Salette, St. Paul, St. David's and Vieille Case Credit Unions. Membership in NCCU is open to all persons who wish to belong to the "One Big Family". The credit union now serves over 41,000 members and manages assets of EC $476 Million. It is the largest credit union in the OECS.
