NCCU is pleased to announce the extension of the Rise and Restore Loan Facility up to March 31, 2019, in an effort to assist members in the restoration process.  The same terms and conditions apply. 

To qualify for this special loan, member must demonstrate that he/she was affected by Hurricane Maria.
