NCCU's Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr. Aylmer Irish,  was  inaugurated as the 44th President of the Rotary Club of Dominica at the Fort Young Hotel on June 30, 2017.

Rotary is a service organization providing humanitarian services globally.
