Assistance is towards staging of the 4th annual Carnival Mothers' Queen Show.

Today Monday 14th 2015 at a press conference NCCU announced its contributions to its valued members, staff and those who suffered loss as a result of the passage of Tropical Storm Ericka.

The Board of Directors, Management and Staff of the National Co-operative Credit Union Limited (NCCU) wishes to express its deepest sympathies to all Dominicans and residents who suffered loss as a result of the passage of Tropical Storm Erika which caused widespread damage to our beloved country on Thursday 27 August 2015. In particular, we extend our deepest condolences to the families and friends of those who lost their lives as a result of the disaster.

The NCCU is committed to play its part in the reconstruction effort and intends to continue to demonstrate this commitment in the weeks and months ahead. We must all work together to rebuild Dominica. We can do it. We shall do it!

In the meantime, we take this opportunity to request that our members with existing loans who suffered damage to their property to contact us urgently at 1-767-255-2155 to discuss the way forward. Contact should also be made with their insurance companies immediately.

Ten (10) deserving students selected to receive the 2015 NCCU Annual Secondary School scholarships were presented with their awards today, August 24, 2015.

The awardees were Samine Abeo Darroux (merit scholar), Aquila Joeanna Charles, Shaquan Irish, Xavier Renne Mitchel, Roger Rolle, Jefferson Charles, Marissa Matthew, Reggie Donald Desbonne, Jason Joshua Toussaint, and Jernella Dervia Benjamin.
