Tips

• Memorise your pin, do not write it down and do not share your debit card or pin with anyone
• Keep your debit card in a safe place
• Ensure your debit card is fully up to date before use
• Open a separate deposit account to which your debit card should be linked and have limited funds in that account
• If you want to use the card for a large purchase, transfer funds to your card using CUCall or CUOnline just before utilizing the Card
• Use CUCall and CU Online to monitor your account
• Never give your debit card number over the phone unless you initiated the call and are certain that the recipient is legitimate
• Before traveling, ensure that your card is fully operational to avoid inconveniences
• If your debit card is lost or stolen, contact the nearest police station and NCCU immediately
